MaxAim LLP has appointed Tom Hayes as a new Partner
MaxAim LLP (“MaxAim”), the business advisory firm, has appointed Tom Hayes as a new partner in the business to work alongside existing partners Matt Peters, Ian Robinson and Chris Cormack.
Matt Peters, Managing Partner of MaxAim, said “We are delighted to welcome Tom on board. His experience of working in both Industry and Corporate Finance fits our business model perfectly and will help us to deliver MaxAim’s ambitious growth plans”.
Hayes, who has worked for the last three years for Northern Bear plc and previously for Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, is looking forward to the opportunity of working at MaxAim: “I am really excited to be joining such a fantastic team and know from my own experience that MaxAim’s service offering addresses a gap in the market that traditional business advisory firms are not meeting. I am looking forward to using my broad experience to help businesses address the strategic and operational challenges (and opportunities) they are facing in the current economic climate.”
David Forbes, one of Yorkshire’s best known dealmakers who recently joined MaxAim as Non-Executive Chairman, commented: “I am delighted that we have recruited somebody of Tom’s calibre who has hands-on operational experience (gained at Northern Bear) to complement the advisory experience he gained at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young - he will further strengthen an already outstanding team.”
